OUR CORE VALUES
We believe in giving back to sustain and grow. We chose these 3 initiatives as part of our corporate social responsibility
Youth Development
Sports
Health Matters
We support Cancer Awareness through the Massy Stores annual nationwide cancer campaign, Corporate Warfare Futsal managed by Time Out Entertainment and the St Lucia Diabetes & Hypertension Association, the driving force behind education and support for this endemic disease.
Lastly, we have always supported youth oriented initiatives like the Jr Chef Factor and San Pelligrino & Aqua Panna Jr Chef Factor initiatives. Today, we are the proud owners of the Job Fair Expo which provides island wide support for job seekers (specifically the youth transitioning from school to the work environment) This initiative is in the form of an annual event where businesses and key industry experts provide free services to the nation including CV reviews, interview preparation and on the spot interviews among other aspects. The spotlight is squarely aimed at the growing problem of unprepared youth who need extra support to become employable.
Job Fair Expo
The Job Fair Expo was designed to bring the employment issue forward by identifying what the needs of the unemployed were and to assist them in finding a resolution. It also was tasked with building a network of companies who either already provide internships and or career support, or always wanted to but couldn’t figure out where to start
Corporate Warfare Futsal
Known in most circles as the best corporate meeting, the Corporate Warfare Futsal competition occurs towards the end of each calendar year with 24 teams representing business places around the island, competing in knockout rounds. Fostering networking opportunities, a sense of camaraderie and placing the spotlight on health and wellness in the employees, futsal action has grown in leaps and bounds with a community aspect being developed
